Refund Policy for MathFlix

At MathFlix, we strive to provide high-quality educational materials and services. By purchasing any digital products (PDFs) or booking classes through our website, you agree to the following Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase or booking a class.

1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

• No Refunds: All sales of digital products, including downloadable PDFs, are final. Once your purchase is complete, and the PDF download link is sent to your email, we cannot offer a refund.

• Download Link Expiry: Upon purchase, you will receive a download link for your PDF. This link is valid for 48 hours, so please ensure you download the file within this period. Once the link expires, we cannot reissue it, and no refund will be provided.

2. Online Classes

• No Refunds for Classes: All payments for online class bookings are final. Once a class is booked and the payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance or missed classes.

• Class Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you may request a reschedule. To request a reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and no monetary refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled classes.

• Late Arrival or No-Show: If you arrive late to a class or do not attend the scheduled session, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Special Circumstances

In rare cases, if we are unable to deliver the class or product as promised (due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the class or receive an alternative product.

5. No Refund for Account or Payment Errors

MathFlix is not responsible for any payment errors caused by third-party payment processors REZORPAY. If you experience issues with the payment system, please contact the respective payment provider for assistance. We will only assist in resolving issues related to our services and products.
