These terms govern your access to our services and products, including the purchase of downloadable PDFs and booking of online classes. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and Services

• PDF Downloads: We offer digital products in the form of downloadable PDFs. After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link sent to the email address you provided during checkout. The link will grant you access to download the purchased PDF for 48 hours.

• Online Classes: Students can book classes online via our website, which are conducted via Google Meet. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique Google Meet access code at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class.

3. Payment Process

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through online modes only. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase to access the PDFs or to complete class bookings.

• Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees.

• Secure Transactions: We use encrypted payment gateways to ensure that your financial data is securely processed. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

4. Refund Policy

• No Refund Policy: All purchases, including digital products (PDF downloads) and online class bookings, are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the payment has been processed.

  • For PDF Downloads: Once a PDF is purchased and the download link is sent, the sale is considered complete. There will be no refunds for digital products after the link has been delivered.

  • For Online Classes: After booking and payment, classes are non-refundable. If you do not attend the class or miss it for any reason, no refund will be provided.

  • Class Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you may contact us to request rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. No refunds will be provided for missed classes.

5. Delivery of Products and Services

• PDF Delivery: After completing a purchase, you will receive an email with a unique download link for the purchased PDF. This link will remain active for a limited time, typically 48 hours, so please ensure you download the file before it expires.

• Class Access: Upon booking an online class, you will receive an email with a Google Meet access code at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. Ensure you check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for this information.

6. Access to Online Classes

• Class Availability: Classes are available based on availability of time slots. Once you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the class, including the date, time, and the Google Meet link.

• Late Arrival or No-Show: If you fail to attend the class or join after the scheduled start time, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Ensure you arrive on time to fully benefit from the session.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the checkout process, including your name, email address, and payment details. This ensures that you receive your products and class details without delay.

• Email Address: You must provide a valid email address to receive the PDF download link and the Google Meet access code for your class. If your email address is incorrect or not accessible, we will not be able to deliver the product or class access.

• Technology Requirements: To attend online classes, you must have a stable internet connection, a device capable of running Google Meet (e.g., computer, tablet, or smartphone), and a valid Google account to join the session.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Data Use: We respect your privacy. Any personal data you provide will be used solely for the purpose of processing your purchase and delivering the relevant products and services. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Content: All content, including PDFs, online courses, class materials, and any other intellectual property on this website, is owned by MathFlix or its licensors. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials solely for personal use.

• Prohibited Use: You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from the materials on our website without express permission from MathFlix.
